Taugeh Masak Lodeh

100gm taugeh
2 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
4 biji cili api
300ml santan
sedikit suhun & fucuk (rendam dalam air sehingga lembut)
garam secukupnya

1. Masukkan santan, garam, bawang putih, bawang merah & cili api ke dalam periuk dan gunakan api yang perlahan. Gaul sentiasa supaya santan tidak pecah-pecah.
2. Setelah itu, masuk taugeh. Kacau sebentar.
3. Kemudian masukkan suhun & fucuk. Gaul selama 3 minit.
4. Angkat & hidangkan.
